Ernie Els is a Hall of Fame International golfer from South Africa, who continues to be one of the top-ranked professional players. His passion on the golf course is well documented; but his off course pursuits are garnering acclaim, starting with his award winning vineyard, course design firm and foundation work.
A truly global brand, his persona transcends just sport - as he is affectionately known as "The Big Easy", reflecting Ernie's manner; big in stature, gentle in character. His award winning winery in Stellenbosch and the Ernie Els and Big Easy wines were his first step in to the world of hospitality.
